Abstract

In senior high school the students should speaking with good pronunciation. So that, they can communicate with other people freely and feel easy to get information faster. Good pronunciation also will be able to invite someone feel interest to talk and listen to us. But in school many of students have no confidence when speak english and they have no knowledge about what is pronunciation. They assume that is difficult. So we must make the students’ feel interesting when get English lesson in speaking. The objectives of the research are (1) To find out the students’ pronunciation skill before being taught using cake an android application at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Huda Saradan in the academic year of 2021/2022. (2) To find out the students’ pronunciation skill after being taught using cake an android application at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Huda Saradan in the academic year of 2021/2022. (3) To know the difference between before and after being taught using cake an android application to increase students’ pronunciation skill at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Huda Saradan in the academic year of 2021/2022. This research is Pre-Experimental with one group pre-test post-test. The research was done in MA Miftahul Huda in the academic year of 2021/2022, by using the research population whole class X with the total 31 students. The collecting data in this research by using test and documentation. The technique of analysis data used to analyze the data in this research are descriptive statistics, inferential statistics using ttest. Based on the result of the test of students show the score average pre test 55 and post-test 70. Based on the results of analysis level significance in df 5% is 30, value table is 1,697 and value of t-test is 9,986. It can be concluded as follow: ttest > ttable so, H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. So that, “There is Difference Between Before and After being Taught Using Cake an Android Application in Pronunciation Skill for Tenth Grade of MA Miftahul Huda Saradan in the Academic Year 2021/2022.”
