Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of students' academic writing learning of Covid 19 pandemic era using the faststone method at STKIP PGRI Nganjuk. This research was a Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles where each cycle has two meetings. In this research, triangulation technique is used as a data analysis technique which includes; (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) draw conclusions on the data. The results of this study indicate that the ability of students in academic writing activities increased from cycle one to cycle two. In the first cycle the number of students who exceeded mastery was 22 students or 73%, while students who did not succeed in exceeding mastery were 8 students or 27%, while in the second cycle there was an increase in student mastery. completeness score to 26 students or 86%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of faststone media in Academic Writing learning has proven to be able to improve the writing skills of fifth semester students of the STKIP PGRI Nganjuk English Education Study Program in the Covid-19 pandemic era.
