Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan sales promotion girl di Healthy Care Center Nganjuk, 2) Untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian digital terapydi Healthy Care Center Nganjuk, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan sales promotion girl terhadap keputusan pembelian digital terapydi Healthy Care Center Nganjuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif denga analisis regresi linier sederhana. Tempat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Healthy Cere Center Nganjuk. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu 30 sales promotion girl dan 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan : Y = 13,039 + 0,102 X. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,138 artinya bahwa 13.8% variasi dari variable kemampuan sales promotion girl dijelaskan atau dipegaruhi oleh variable keputusan pembembelian, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 86,2% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Variabel kemampuan sales promotion girl dengan nilai t hitung 2,117 > t tabel 2,0484 artinya H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh antara kemampuan sales promotion girl terhadap keputusan pembelian.
